Join us at MarYSoul Studios at Front Street Galleries for an elevated evening of drumming, sound healing and ecstatic dance! Bring your instruments, your dancing scarves and accessories as we create, release, heal, commune and celebrate.

This event will take you through a journey of sound, vibration and movement, giving you a safe place to express, play and set your inner child free! We will end the evening with a sound bath and guided journey so bring your yoga mats, pillows and blankets to get cozy. You will learn somatic therapy skills to incorporate with movement that will release anxiety, pain and imbalance and entrain the brain and nervous system to the rest and repair state.
